Contributions to the NEI Federal PAC are voluntary and personal and will be used for support of political candidates. Contributions to the NEI Federal PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Individuals who contribute to the NEI Federal PAC must be U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted for permanent U.S. residence under applicable federal law. Individuals will not gain favor nor incur reprisal due to their decision to contribute or not contribute to the NEI Federal PAC or the amount of their contribution. Federal law requires the NEI Federal PAC to report to the Federal Election Commission the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for individuals whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
